Facing life’s challenges can be demanding. We may be experiencing pressure at work, difficulties with our relationships, money problems, confidence issues, any number of things that make us feel anxious and out of control. This can make it even harder to deal with the challenges we face, and in some cases make us physically ill.

Stress and anxiety can make it difficult for us to sleep, cause constant worrying and worst-case scenario thinking, and make us behave in ways that we don’t like.
